Shakey, Salty, Humphrey, and Mooch
Unlike Alphas, Omega Wolves don't normally hunt, track, or fight (although they probably fight to defend their pack); instead they goof off, have fun, make jokes, and are generally laid-back. The only known job omegas have are being peacekeepers to prevent senseless fights from occuring, and, according to Winston, reminding everyone to have fun, though they probably have other jobs as well. Although they don't follow strict codes and the like, they do seem to have leaders, as Humphrey is the Omega Leader of the Western Pack.
Before the end of the movie, there was a rule against mating between Alphas and Omegas, the rule was abolished at the end of the film.
Known Omegas in the movie are:

- Reba and Janice
- Sweets and Candy
- Runt - Future Omega
Any Omegas there may be in the Eastern Pack are not mentioned in the movie.
