"Okay, Stinky." said Kate. "Now go practice what you've learned."
Stinky was currently on a practice hunt mission as fall came to Jasper. Before he went to Alpha School, Kate wanted Stinky to know about hunting. Stinky was currently creeping up to a rabbit. He shifted to pounce, when a voice said, "Stinky! The Alpha Train is moving!"
Stinky's instincts lept at the rabbit as it got startled by the voice. The rabbit darted fast, and he fell on the ground.
"Dad!" said Stinky. "You ruined my hunt!"
Humphrey frowned. "Oops, sorry Stinky. I just wanted to notify you you should head to Alpha School now. Here, Ice! Show my son to the Alpha camp!"
A beautiful white she-wolf crept out from behind the bushes. She was just a pup, however. Stinky smiled as Ice showed him the way.
As Stinky headed to the far-away Alpha School, Kate and Humphrey watched over the valley, proud of their son.
